A Cookbook
Brian and Nikki Fox (Rosenberg) created this book in honor of their mother, Marsha Kahn, who passed away in 1994 from Leukemia. Marsha feared, when she was preparing to die, that she would be forgotten.
A lover of food and cooking, Marsha had an extensive recipe collection, which framed Nikki and Brian’s youth. Marsha’s Kitchen is a compilation of their favorite recipes accompanied by short stories, poetry, and affectionate anecdotes from family and friends.
Through this book and infinite loving memories, Marsha will always be remembered.
Proceeds from the sale of this book will be donated to the Leukemia Society
